Placing an Order

Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. All in-stock orders received by 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Please include the following information with all mail and FAX orders:

1) Your shipping name, address & telephone number (required).
2) Your billing name and address.
3) Your purchase order number or preferred method of payment:

• Bill to Account (Markson account number required)
• Check or money order (include shipping & handling from chart below)
• VISA, MasterCard, or American Express (see our secure order form)

4) Information about items being ordered, including catalog number, quantity & description.

Payment Terms

If your firm is credit-recognized or D & B rated, you may order immediately via purchase order on net 30 day terms. We also accept checks, money orders, VISA, AMEX and MasterCard.

Shipping Information

Most Markson LabSales' Shipments are sent via UPS Ground Service with the following exception, items over 70 lbs. are sent via truck. Special shipping on all items may be requested. Estimated shipping charges are always available upon request. We use a variety of overnight carriers including Federal Express and Airborne. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Claims/Damaged Goods

Markson LabSales' products are thoroughly checked and carefully packed to assure their arrival to you in factory fresh condition. If errors or damages do occur, please refer to the packing list and contact us immediately so that we may correct the problem. Report apparent or concealed damage to the shipping company and request that a shipping company representative inspect the shipment. Keep all containers and packing materials.

Return of Merchandise

No returns allowed without prior approval. No returns after 30 days from date of purchase. In order to receive credit for a return, prior approval in the form of a returned goods authorization (RGA) is required. Please write RGA number on address label of return item when shipping it back to our distribution warehouse/facility to allow accurate identification of the return.

When calling or writing for a RGA, please provide your PO number, date of purchase and our order/invoice number along with reason for return. Merchandise must be returned in "new" (unused) resalable condition. Manufacturer warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement. Unless reason for return was created by our error or defective merchandise, a 20% restocking charge normally will apply and customer will bear all freight costs. If we made the error, restocking charge is waived and we normally bear the freight costs to fix the problem.
